Same upcycled katsa, cut into a cropped, button-front top that works just as well over a swimsuit as it does over jeans. The texture’s a little different every time since it comes off the same reclaimed flour sack fabric, and the collar and panels get finished with local Filipino weaves that add their own bit of color and pattern. Pair it high-waisted with denim or a skirt for something laid-back but still put together.
