  • Items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be presented.

Note: Customized, altered, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund, as they are tailored to your specific requests.

Return Process

2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Ship Back the Item: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • For eligible returns, we will issue a refund once the item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or product preference if the desired item is in stock. If unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
