Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. All domestic orders ship via J&T Express.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship anywhere in the Philippines — Luzon, Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao — plus internationally to select countries upon request.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Customized or made-to-order items may need extra time, communicated at purchase.
Shipping Costs
Orders below ₱5,000: fee calculated at checkout based on location. Orders ₱5,000 and above: FREE shipping nationwide. International: cost confirmed upon request.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram to follow your order through J&T Express or the applicable courier.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Cost and timing are confirmed upon request.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damage and proof of purchase.
- We’ll coordinate with the courier for a replacement or refund.
