1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Domestic: Anywhere in the Philippines (Luzon, Metro Manila, Visayas, Mindanao).
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Luzon & Metro Manila: 2-4 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 4-7 business days
- International Orders: Delivery times will be determined upon request, based on the destination and customs processing times.
All domestic orders are shipped via J&T Express to ensure reliable delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders:
Orders below PHP 5,000: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location.
Orders PHP 5,000 and above: FREE SHIPPING nationwide.
International Orders: Shipping costs will be determined upon request based on the destination and package weight.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram). You can use this number to track your shipment through J&T Express or the applicable courier for international deliveries.
6. International Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Delivery times and costs for international shipments will be confirmed upon request.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
7.1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2. Provide clear photos of the damage and proof of purchase.
7.3. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. Kabaru Collections is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
